Firstly, the location is absolutely superb. It's about a 5 minute walk from Kongens Nytorv, the central station, so it only took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. Within 5 minutes walk you can also get to Nyhavn, which is absolutely stunning. Lots of museums, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, and if you want to go further afield, all four metro lines run through the nearby station. The street the hotel is on is nice and relatively quiet, with restaurants along it and a 7-11 convenience store at the end for quick snacks. The hotel is also easy to find when you're lost in the dark as it has a big light up sign on the side with its name! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived early and couldn't check in until 3pm, but the nice man at reception directed me to leave my luggage in their secure lockers downstairs. The room was spacious and clean, the bed big and comfy, and there was a nice big window looking out onto the courtyard. The rooms could be a bit annoying if you're travelling with someone else, as the bed is touching 3 walls so you'd have to climb over each other to get out, and the bathroom has frosted glass rather than a solid wall (you can't see in from the room but it doesn't feel totally private). However, as a solo traveller they're perfect, plenty of space to stretch out. I've stayed in hotels before where there isn't enough room to open your suitcase on the floor so the space was a nice change! Overall would definitely recommend a stay here, and I'll be coming back as soon as I can!

Bearing in mind that this hotel is in a capital city, you have to tailor your expectation accordingly! The room is small, but for a couple of nights stay it is adequate. The bed is comfortable, and there is a small desk/chair and hanging space for clothes. Bathroom is fine. Plus the room was perfectly clean, however they do not clean it as a matter of course and this has to be requested. We were out doing tourist stuff in the day time and in the early evening decided to make use of the lobby facilities, where there is comfortable chairs/sofas to relax on and plenty of space, instead of going to the room. The location is great for sightseeing and it compensated for the small room space. We could easily go out and visit a couple of areas, return to the hotel for a quick break/rest and then go out again in the afternoon. It is central to most of the major sights and has a metro station only 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was 95kr each, and was generally, breads, croissant's, boiled eggs, cereals and yoghurts. Plus some salad items and oranges. Due finding Copenhagen relatively expensive, this was a good way to fill up for the day, but little variation. Also do not arrive to late for breakfast as things start to run out. Would also recommend the burger bar in an old petrol station across the road!

The hotel was easy to find and quick to check-in. Extremely convenient location. We like to walk, and were able to reach all of Copenhagen's main attractions by foot within 30min. The hotel lounge was quite lively, it seemed to be popular for coworking and hanging out. The hotel clearly attracts a vibrant crowd, judging by the trumpet practice we heard from a nearby room. Otherwise, besides staff vacuuming rooms, no noise from outside our room. Breakfast buffet was great: enough diversity of choice, frequently restocked, very nice warm bread & croissants. Considering coffee and pastry prices in Copenhagen, the breakfast was also quite cheap at DKK90. Despite the size, our room was quite functional and cozy enough. Mattress and pillows were perfect medium hardness, so we slept great.

The staff is very kind and helpful. I did liked the the self check-in and check-out system . Its super easy and fast . The room was clean, bed comfortable and most importantly for me at night it waa quiet. That surprised me a lot because the floor seemed to be fully occupied. WiFi was strong . Location also perfect and on a walkable distance from alnost all attractions. The possibility for storing luggage before you check in and after checking out . It's paid option. 20dkr per locker in their basement. It was helpful for me ,there are also toilets you could use which I appreciated. I felt safe and the price was reasonable. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I recommend.

We stayed 4 nights and it was a good choice for this city...from the airport its a straight metro ride on the M2 line to Kongens Nytorv station and an easy 5 min walk to the hotel. Felt safe even arriving past midnight. Equally close is the famous Nyhavn...you could go back and have yr fill of the canal anytime of the day or night since it's such a breezy 5 mins away from the hotel. The hotel was very central to all the key tourist spots ..all within 5 to 25 mins walk and thus we walked everywhere. The hotel lobby was modern..check in n out was quick. There are multiple restaurants and cafes nearby and you will feel spoilt for choice.
