Firstly, the location is absolutely superb. It's about a 5 minute walk from Kongens Nytorv, the central station, so it only took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. Within 5 minutes walk you can also get to Nyhavn, which is absolutely stunning. Lots of museums, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, and if you want to go further afield, all four metro lines run through the nearby station. The street the hotel is on is nice and relatively quiet, with restaurants along it and a 7-11 convenience store at the end for quick snacks. The hotel is also easy to find when you're lost in the dark as it has a big light up sign on the side with its name! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived early and couldn't check in until 3pm, but the nice man at reception directed me to leave my luggage in their secure lockers downstairs. The room was spacious and clean, the bed big and comfy, and there was a nice big window looking out onto the courtyard. The rooms could be a bit annoying if you're travelling with someone else, as the bed is touching 3 walls so you'd have to climb over each other to get out, and the bathroom has frosted glass rather than a solid wall (you can't see in from the room but it doesn't feel totally private). However, as a solo traveller they're perfect, plenty of space to stretch out. I've stayed in hotels before where there isn't enough room to open your suitcase on the floor so the space was a nice change! Overall would definitely recommend a stay here, and I'll be coming back as soon as I can!

I liked the central place of the hotel. It's 5 minutes by foot from Ny Havn and 7 minutes from the nearest metro station. It's perfect if you want to just explore the city. It's also very clean inside and the lobby downstairs is cosy and there's fast WiFi everywhere. The breakfast is also good & the staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room, albeit small is cosy and there's plenty of soundproofing. My girlfriend & I barely heard any neighbours or sounds from the street. Even though we were there mid-summer, the triple glazing on the windows is probably really useful in the winter. The AC inside is very good and you can actually turn it off, unlike other places. For those looking to store their luggage while waiting for check-in or post-check-out, you can ask the receptionist and you don't need any physical cash or coins for this, you can pay by card. Finally, there's easy disability access with a side step-free entrance and ample elevators.

Possibly the best location in the city for first time visitors. It’s a few minutes walk to either Kongens Nytorv and Marmorkirken metro stations. Next to Gasoline Grill!!! Property is very clean. I had a hiccup with check- in (the machine charged me for the entire stay before I even checked in) but the staff took care of it swiftly at the reception. The room is small but comfortable. No housekeeping unless requested. The bed is on the smaller side. Excellent shower. Easy and cheap to store luggage for the day after checking out. Great value for money overall.

Small, but comfortable room. Breakfast vouchers can be cought at desk at check-in or can be paid at the counter. Buffet breakfast: egg (hard or soft), jam, several types of bread, croissants, cheese, meat, oat, youchourt, the or coffee, fruit juice, ... Staff is friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi for us at check-out. Couple minutes later the driver was there. Location near the very toeristic hotspots of Copenhagen. Several take-away or dine in restaurants available nearby. Top location.

Location! Very close to everything. In general I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the room, as I was not expecting much from 2star hotel, but it was great! The room was cozy, small but with all required amenities, comfortable big bed, clean, quick check out. Also I like the concept of not cleaning daily, as my room doesn't get dirty that quick and I don't like being disturbed by housekeeping. Overall exceeded my expectations!
